Staff Directory
Staff Directory was designed for Academic Analytics users to easily search and update the existing information created in Office 365. This feature effectively avoids duplication of data by pulling user information from a single source, and any update applied by Academic Analytics administrators is reflected in SharePoint.
Consistent UI/UX
With numerous data collection points and advanced functionality requirements in mind, we strived to design a fluid and logical user workflow.

Multiple layers of nested functionality required many iterations during the storyboarding phase. The end result is a clean and consistent virtual space for Academic Analytics users to monitor progress, submissions, and validations.



Easy-To-Create Department Site
We designed a template that allows users to easily create a new department/team site in just a few simple clicks.



Announcements, upcoming events, a calendar, and an image gallery are all integrated into the SharePoint site while maintaining the overall branding.

Hub For Centralized Company Information
We developed the SharePoint site as a general hub to contain all of Academic Analytics’ data.



Metadata (columns), workflow, behavior, and other settings for a category of items or documents are effectively managed in Microsoft SharePoint.
