Self-serve options and process streamlining web app

New Scooters 4 Less had created a customer management system to keep track of their service orders. While this system worked, the team identified improvements to bring the system to the new mobile age.

Onward Development worked with New Scooters 4 Less to enhance the system and allow customers to:
Check the status of their service order.
Receive up-to-date notifcations based on the order
status.
Approve services online.
Pay for a service order.
The result is a system that improves the customer experience while saving enormous amount of time to the New Scooters 4 Less team.
