Divan Medical is a medical group operating nationally in the United States. The group was looking for ways to improve access to physicians in all the states they operate. They approached Onward Development to help create a platform to connect doctors and patients online. The main goals of the platform were:
Secured, HIPAA-compliant teleconferencing ability between patient and doctors
Patient self-service
system, including online payment
Doctor access to review and approve a patient request
Ability to white label platform: launch a new instance with new domain name (URL), branding, and onboarding process.
