Our client wanted a manufacturing project management software(link is external) that can have custom processes implemented in it. Earlier, the client had used a project management system that was too rigid to introduce customized processes.

We build the mobile and web-based application of the project management system with a similar set of functionalities, such as managing projects, clients, and report generation.
Our custom offering of manufacturing project management enhanced communication and sharing of status with the clients. It has also enabled the clients to have better control and configuration over notes, tasks, issues, and reporting hours.
