We built a dedicated remote patient monitoring and care management system(link is external) for providing healthcare surety to the patients while remaining at their homes. It aimed to manage the health risks, transform the healthcare delivery, saving lives, and optimize the healthcare resources.

We fed complex alert generation rules into the system that work on the input values such as body temperature, blood glucose, heath beat rate, etc. We used robust web development technologies, IoT integrations, surveys, forms, and HIPAA/HITECH compliant messaging to deliver a powerful remote healthcare system.
Our application has seen large traction with more them 3500 patients already enrolled in the program with incremented health outcomes in 80% of the cases.
