AMSJ is a Medical care centre, that provides its users great attention by phone or in person. This attention is supported by an existing IT infrastructure built as an Intranet service, with all of its users and internal procedures data in the system.
What the Health Centre wanted, was to reduce waiting times and phone calls for appointments coordination. For this, we build a solution for users to request and select the best option for their appointment.
Taking into an account the most frequent scenarios patients go through currently, and analysing how information flows in their system, a UX interactive design was presented.
The final result is an Angular.js app that supports most of the cases, and has an extra attention to detail in the consistency of information and error messages to guide users, and relay them a safety feeling.
