We created an IoT application for smart lighting and energy conservation(link is external) by establishing scalable communications among Amazon's IoT platform and smart sensors. The control of the application includes web-services and data visualization that are saved in Amazon DynamoDB.

Our application contains industry-specific visualizations for aggregating sensor data that brings enhanced reporting. The controls remain in the hands of the users through intuitive dashboards containing control switches.
The product enables energy consumers to have a thorough review of the usage of electricity at their homes. It suggests plans to lower the energy bill and locate rebates offered by electricity providers, thus causing a lower impact on the environment.
