We helped Microsoft to establish its brand as a premium online and offline retailer in China's crowded electronics market place. To successfully achieve their key business goal, we partnered with Microsoft to develop a new ecommerce store and provided an in-house marketing team to build campaigns and support product launches.

Maintained a visual style that set international standards in both China's retail market and within Microsoft's global online retail team
Helped position Microsoft as a trusted brand within the Chinese market without needing to compete as aggressively on prices as other online retailers
Provided an ecommerce system that Microsoft could grow into as they continued to open brick and mortar stores throughout China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.


The end result? Microsoft grew its retail business in this target market by more than 1600% over two years.
