Context:

With the objective of improving their Marketing and Sales process, Docbraces had the initiative to connect a dental plan calculator with their CRM (HubSpot) so they could have more personal conversations with their customers.

Benefits:
Salespeople had a better knowledge of their leads and knew exactly what to offer based on what they answered on the calculator.
Leads were better qualified.
