Michigan Catholic Conference (MCC) was looking for an external mobile application development provider to build an employee self-service (ESS) mobile application for providing easy access to crucial information including required forms for benefits administration. After thorough evaluation of several service providers, MCC eventually chose Intersog as their software development partner.

Intersog created an intuitive mobile app for benefit participants to access forms, calculators, documents and educational videos provided by MCC. The app is integrated with employee self-serve features of the Morneau Sheppel benefit administration system (MSS). One primary goal of the app is to reduce calls to the call center by providing expanded access to information and readily available self-service functions.
The MCC ESS app was built using a cross-platform development approach (HTML5) for both iOS and Android platforms and deployed as a native app using PhoneGap.
