They contacted Ciklum to deliver the complete project scope within the defined timelines and project plan agreed with end customer, TKG. It is the leading provider of organisational and workforce development solutions in the Middle East and North Africa for clients in the public and private sector.
Global Delivery Model

The Global Delivery Model allocates Ciklum engineers near the client to coordinate software development and communication between the client and a larger, lower-cost engineering team in Pakistan. In this case, Ciklum was able to provide flexible support using two development teams.

RESULT

The web portal and mobile applications were successfully delivered and rolled out on production with all integrations. The new web portal and mobile applications were the key element of customer’s organisational digital strategy.
