The Client (under NDA) needed to recruit a team of IT specialists to do some software development work and monitor their trading system online.

We defined the positions, looked for candidates, and conducted feedback loops about each one. This helped the Client improve their hiring process along the line.
We helped the Client schedule interviews and supplied everything needed to conduct them. Along the way, we consistently sought their feedback to improve the process and filter candidates better.

When the Client hired the two current team members, we supplied everything they needed to get started. We provided office space and take care of all the contractual and administrative aspects of the work.
