Chaterbox is an in-site widget which invites website visitors to get an instant callback, or to write in chat for support. Invoices are sent to the application and it allows you to call the customer using a regular call, Skype, any SIP-client or to reply in chat like in your regular messenger, so the user easily gets a reply in seconds.
