TICKET MANAGING SYSTEM APP

An onsite property management service provider, the client wanted a platform to assist in managing customer tickets seamlessly. The application was designed to help identify tickets and assign them automatically to various qualified experts who specialize in resolving those issues. We created a straightforward, easy to integrate applications for both Android and iOS.

We developed the iOS version using swift technology, and we develop the Android version using Java, which comes with the integration of API services in .NET to achieve a scalable and secure platform.

The onsite property management app is doing well in its target audience market and has recieved numerous accolades for its intuitive UI design and response time amongst other features.
