Helpers is an iOS and Android mobile application that provides a free local safety net – a community of “Trusted” locals who are always nearby when you need them.



Innuy was challenged with updating the application for modern devices and fixing known issues with Helpers.

We needed to improve the backend infrastructure as well as the frontend functionalities to ensure calls for help were always delivered, while making sure the backend changes were seamless to the active users while in the mobile app.
