Call center CRM

This is a crm application that we have built for a call center company. This was a LAN based application. It is used to manage calls, customers, plans, subscriptions, feedbacks, tickets, journals, quality reports, employees, Login and page permissions based on different type of logged in user.

Here we have 6 types of users.

1. Technical support

2. Agents

3. Supervisors

4. Assistant manager
5. Managers

6. Admin

3 types of payment gateways were integrated there for getting payment from customers based on specific urls. It is also integrated with astrisk to get call notifications and click to call functionality.

Overall it was managing complete flow of a call center.
